IASSID ACADEMY Workshop Program for Halifax

The IASSID ACADEMY has announced its schedule of workshops to be held in conjunction with the 14^th World Congress of the IASSID.  The workshop program was developed by the Academy, in consultation with various IASSID bodies and local constituent organizations.  The Academy working with IASSID colleagues has put together an exciting series of workshops involving international speakers on a variety of emergent and critical issues for the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.  This provides organizations and individuals the opportunity to participate in this unique series of educational experiences – led by leaders in the field.

The IASSID ACADEMY will offer twelve workshops, three on Sunday, July 8, 2012, from 13:00 to 16:30, and nine on Monday, July 9, 2012 from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 12:30 to 15:30.  The cost per workshop is US $50 prior to MAY 20th and US $60 after MAY 20th.   Registration is open and can be made via this website.
