Notes:

• All applications require submission of an Abstract for the IASSID World Congress by November 15, 2011 using the online system.
• All applications also require completion of the common form and receipt of all supporting documents by December 15, 2011.
• All Recipients will be required to submit a photo and brief biography to the Secretariat by the deadline stipulated in the offer letter.
